Fun Events for the Family This Halloween

Halloween is fast approaching, and as always, Miami is full of fun and exciting things to do this year! It’s not too late to plan out a fun-filled week/weekend. Of course, Miami deep sea fishing is always a good idea, but here are some family-fun events for this year’s Halloween celebration.

On October 30, the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science will be hosting the 5th Annual Spooky Science Monster Mash from 11 am to 5 pm. Everyone in the family is invited to dress up and check out the museum’s Halloween-themed experiments.

On October 31, enjoy the Hallowave Family Fun Fest in South Beach on Washington Ave and EspaƱola Way. The event starts at 3 pm and will have trick-or-treating, a dunk tank, costume contests, live music, candy, and a ton of other sweet treats and snacks. The event is also dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your favorite furry friend (on-leash only).

Children from ages two to eight can take part in West Miami’s Taste Buds Kitchen’s Halloween Spooky Cupcake Class. Class starts at 11:30 am on October 31, and costumes are encouraged!

The City of South Miami, in partnership with Miami Kids Magazine, will be hosting a Spooktacular Safe Streets Halloween Party, where kids can trick-or-treat on Sunset Drive along with costume contests, opportunities for prizes, pumpkin decoration, and of course, candy! Enjoy live entertainment and music from 4 pm to 7 pm on October 31.

From THERAPY-IV, Miami fishing, we wish you and your family a fun and safe Halloween!
